Do I need to have done any yoga or Pilates before?
No, you can be a beginner. The class is tailored to where ever you are at in terms of fitness, and whatever stage you are at in terms of preconception, pregnancy or the postnatal phase.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes, non-crawling or slow moving babies are welcome. You can keep coming as long as you feel you are benefitting from the class and are on the mat more than chasing your bubba!
Are the classes bottle and breastfeeding friendly?
Yes! Nurtured Mumma is a centre which encourages mums and parents to respond to their baby’s needs including feeding, holding, comforting and responding as needed.
What do I need to wear and bring?
Please wear comfortable loose clothing and bring a water bottle and towel. All other equipment including mats, blankets and small exercise equipment is provided. Additional water is available if needed.
Where can I park?
Parking is available at the front and rear of the shops. Where possible please use the long-term car parks at the rear of the shops for consultations and classes.
