Appointment Reminders

We use an SMS and email reminder system. Please respond “Yes” to confirm your appointment as soon as you are able.

If you need to cancel your apppointment please contact us directly via email, text or phone. Please do not message back via the automated reminder system as we cannot respond directly through that to confirm the cancellation and reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

Each appointment is important and we request that you provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation. This enables the appointment to be filled by someone else in need.

If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice and your appointment time cannot be filled, you can be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
