If you need to cancel your apppointment please contact us via email, text or call directly rather than messaging back via the Cliniko reminder system as we cannot respond directly through that to confirm the cancellation.
Each appointment is important and we request that you provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation. This enables the appointment to be filled by someone else in need.
If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice and your appointment time cannot be filled, you can be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
