Overview Join to apply for the B2B Paid Search Marketing Analyst role at Wayfair . In office requirements: This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office (4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote). At this time, Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for certain work visas. The Marketing team is responsible for catapulting Wayfair into the leading destination for all things home by building and evolving customer recognition and attachment to our brands across Wayfair stores, geographies, and our extended family of brands. This role focuses on finding, educating, & acquiring prospective business customers to Wayfair Professional (B2B) and driving repeat revenue from existing business customers. As a B2B Paid Search Analyst, you will oversee SEM efforts on Paid Search, shaping the future of B2B advertising through keyword search strategies. Your goal is to unleash the full potential of SEM to propel business KPIs with efficiency. In the immediate term, you will tune channel operations, budgets, ROAS targets, and audience targets; investigate performance trends; identify drivers of success and areas for improvement. Looking forward, you will lead innovative testing strategies aligned with company objectives to support growth on new channels. This is an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that influence business impact. Expect collaboration with stakeholders across the B2B Organization, MarTech/Data Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and other teams. What You’ll Do Detail-oriented professional who brings structure to ambiguous problems. Analytical thinker with a track record of accurate, defect-free analysis. Passionate about staying ahead of trends and adopting new technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders. Weekly analysis of core business KPIs with a focus on full-funnel impact of drivers. Own the end-to-end customer journey for SEM Paid Search channels. Partner with stakeholder teams to educate marketing strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain and improve marketing strategy to ensure flawless customer journey and efficient ad performance. Build a testing strategy and roadmap for SEM channels; conduct statistical analysis to validate results and inform rollout decisions. Own quarterly business plan forecasting for your channels. Contribute positively to the team and Wayfair culture. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related field. 2+ years of experience as an analyst or in a comparable role, preferably in the Search Marketing space. Experience with SQL & GBQ; Python preferred. Analytical, self-driven thinker who finds answers in the data. Strong storytelling abilities to contextualize data for broader work groups. Excellent attention to detail and highly organized. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fast learner who can adapt to new processes and tools quickly. Proven ability to prioritize projects and multitask effectively. Collaborative team player with stakeholder management skills across levels.
