Responsibilities Assist in providing industry expertise and manage large clients as a true business advisor, focusing on technology and business innovations. Build and maintain client relationships while managing teams of tax professionals and contributing to external market activities. Stay updated on current tax practices, especially the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), and its implications for global companies. Oversee engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and project budgets. Qualifications At least three years of recent experience with income taxes, ASC 740, consolidations, and partnerships. Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or Master's in Taxation from an accredited university; CPA, EA, or JD/LLM license or equivalent. Candidates without an approved credential at start have one year to obtain it. Experience with tax provision software like Onesource and data analytics tools. Knowledge of global tax regulations and international compliance. Excellent advisory, compliance, verbal, and written communication skills.
