Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to maintain project quality and efficiency.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with goals.
• Address and resolve onsite issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of all construction activities, including change orders and daily reports.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to design specifications.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among all onsite staff.
