Responsibilities:
✅Market and originate real estate investor mortgage loans in compliance with federal regulations.
✅Work effectively with our available leads and client relations team, to maximize your income.
✅Build and maintain client relationships to generate business opportunities.
✅Work independently to manage your pipeline and close loans efficiently.
✅Invest time in your own marketing efforts and business development, with guidance from our experienced leadership team.
✅Collaborate with our team to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

What We Offer:

• Performance-Based Earnings: Your income is directly tied to your results. Close 1-2 loans monthly, and you'll earn a multiple six-figure income. Close zero loans, and you earn nothing—this is a true merit-based opportunity.

Requirements:

1. A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a performance-driven role.
2. Ability to invest approximately $150.00 upfront for training, in-house testing and certification.

Pure Business Capital provides all other start up materials at no cost (e.g., Federal and State regulations, financial calculator, software). These are pass-through expenses; we do not profit from them.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.

Personable and able to build trust with clients. No prior sales experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Not suitable for those seeking a fixed salary or who prefer a traditional office job.
