About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled English Teacher to join our team at an American curriculum school in Kuwait. This role is ideal for an educator dedicated to fostering strong language skills and a love of literature in students.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons that align with the American curriculum and inspire students to develop their reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach English Language Arts lessons aligned with American curriculum standards

• Develop students’ literacy skills including reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and vocabulary

• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage diverse learners

• Assess and monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback

• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with colleagues

• Participate in school activities, professional development, and curriculum planning

Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field
✅ Valid teaching certification/license (REQUIRED)
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English in an American curriculum setting
✅ Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills
✅ Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
✅ Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Kuwait

Preferred:
✅ Experience teaching middle or high school students
✅ Familiarity with Common Core standards
✅ First Aid/CPR certification
