Job Title: Epic Radiant Analyst

Location : 100% Remote

Employment Type: Contract - 8 weeks (potential to be extended)

Overview:

Our client is seeking multiple experienced Epic Radiant Analysts to support a high-impact healthcare transformation project. Our client is transitioning 46 sites from ambulatory clinics to HOD/HOPD sites. This role requires professionals who can hit the ground running and contribute to the design, build, testing, and implementation phases of this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the transition of ambulatory clinics to HOD/HOPD sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.
• Perform Epic Radiant build and configuration tasks.
• Participate in testing and validation efforts.
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support.
• Ensure project milestones are met within a tight and strictly managed timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Epic Radiant Certification (must be current).
• Proven experience with Epic Radiant build and workflow design.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows in radiology and hospital outpatient departments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with large-scale Epic transitions or implementations.
• Familiarity with HOD/HOPD workflows and regulatory requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $93.00/hr.
