We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, managing complex calendars, communications, and high-priority projects. This role is critical in ensuring leadership can focus on strategic initiatives while maintaining seamless operational and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of leadership.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist with planning and executing company-wide meetings, board meetings, and special events.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefings for meetings as needed.
  • Support office operations as necessary to ensure an efficient and well-organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in corporate or high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Slack.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
