Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. The ideal candidate is well-rounded in accounting, detail-oriented, and an expert in Excel reporting and financial process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and cost drivers.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather input and validate assumptions.

Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. budget/forecast.
• Provide commentary and insight into business performance trends and KPIs.
• Present financial results and analysis to Management.
• Support management in strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis. Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve financial transparency and accountability.

Data Analysis & Modeling

• Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards in Excel.
• Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.
• Support implementation of FP&A tools and systems.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary by manager and/or the Company as the business and department continue to grow.

Experience/Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence decision-making.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin preferred but not required.
• CPA or CFA designation is a plus, but not required

Travel & Mobility :

• This is an on-site role at our office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
