How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The part time Flights Ops Support role provides subject matter expert support to key projects and needs inside of Delta Professional Services (DPS). This role works on an ‘as needed’ basis supporting the business systems team with Smartsheets and analysis. Assist in the creation of Smartsheet workflows, reports, and dashboards Edit workflows to align with new company processes Gather and report data to create weekly reports Support in system management Partner with DPS teams to complete project tasks as assigned Research opportunities to enhance enterprise Support process development and execution What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
