Were partnering with a highly respected global private equity firm thats looking to add an FP&A Manager to its growing finance team. This role supports the firms public investments and consumer services business units and offers the chance to work side-by-side with talented leaders who truly invest in their people. Its an ideal opportunity for an FP&A professional, or someone with a Big 4 audit or advisory background who wants to move beyond reporting and step into finance.

Responsibilities

• Compile analysis for the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting cycles.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and help translate business changes into financial impact.
• Partner with key stakeholders to align reporting, budgeting, and compensation planning.
• Record journal entries and perform management vs. tax-basis adjustments as needed.
• Support leadership with financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, and presentation materials.

Your Background

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A, with at least one year leading or mentoring others.
• Big 4 or large public accounting experience preferred especially those ready to pivot into finance.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally curious someone who enjoys solving problems and learning the why behind the numbers.
• A collaborative, low-ego team player who values doing things the right way and growing together.
