Job Summary:

Established 3PL seeking a motivated and experienced FTL/LTL Freight broker with existing and potential client relationships to join our elite, customer centric team as an independent contractor. 50% of your net. Yep.

 

*10+ years in business.

Requirements:

1. Must have a minimum of 3-5+ years of proven freight brokerage experience (preferably in a 1099 capacity)
2. Must have Existing book of business and strong shipper relationships
3. Working knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) as well as Outlook, Microsoft Office and Windows.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills
5. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
6. Reliable internet and home office setup

Compensation:

1. 40-50% off net pay based on operational involvement
2. Unlimited earning potential based on your performance
