About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with one of our valued clients to hire a skilled French Translator for a short-term remote contract. Our client is completing several corporate training and system launch initiatives that require accurate and professional French translations. This project is expected to run through the end of December and offers flexible scheduling. Job Description: START ASAP: The French Translator will work closely with cross-functional U.S.-based teams to translate various English-language materials into French. The work includes corporate communications, technical documentation, and training content for internal distribution. This role requires strong written communication skills and fluency in both French and English. Key Responsibilities: Translate corporate and technical documents from English into French while maintaining tone and accuracy Adapt training materials and internal communications for French-speaking audiences Review and proofread translated content for clarity and consistency Participate in a brief Teams interview and translation exercise during the selection process Qualifications: Fluent in written and spoken French and English (Canadian French proficiency a plus) Prior experience translating professional or technical materials preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar skills Reliable, organized, and able to meet project deadlines independently Open to professionals from diverse backgrounds — college students or recent graduates with French language experience are encouraged to apply Additional Details: Contract Duration: Through end of year Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexible hours outside standard business hours available) Start Date: Immediate Work Environment: Fully remote Perks: Gain hands-on translation experience in a professional corporate setting Opportunity to work with a collaborative team on high-impact internal projects Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
