We are seeking a Front Desk Night Audit to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Confirm phone and online reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
• Communicate pertinent guest information to management and co-workers
• Responsible for preparing Breakfast Room for the following morning

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your scheduled shifts will be from 3pm-11pm. I am looking for a part-time employee to cover 3 vacant shifts. Total of 24 hours per week. We are also looking for a candidate who is flexible and willing to pick up a shift incase someone is sick or on vacation. Ultimately "a team player".
The days that we need filled immediately are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 3pm-11pm YOU MUST BE RELIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE.
