About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in migrating core systems from Java to Golang within a regulated medical software environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful healthcare solutions utilized by doctors and healthcare providers nationwide. The role will focus heavily on backend development and integration with advanced platforms such as Palantir Foundry and AIP, alongside database work with MSSQL. Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare/medical technology sector will be strongly preferred. Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Golang. Build and maintain database solutions using MSSQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with medical software standards. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentoring. Experience with Palantir AIP is a nice-to-have. Requirements US-based candidates only (Green Card or US Citizen). 7+ years of backend engineering experience. Strong proficiency in Golang (must-have). Experience with Java migrations.
