We are a locally owned and operated HVAC service company dedicated to providing top-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to residential and light commercial clients. We're growing and looking for skilled, reliable technicians to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems. This is a field-based role. We provide a company van, uniforms, and all necessary materials to complete each job. However, applicants must supply their own hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, gauges, etc.).

Responsibilities:

-Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
-Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local code
-Perform routine maintenance and inspections
-Communicate clearly with customers about services, recommendations, and solutions
-Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
-Maintain a clean and organized work van and follow company safety procedures

Requirements:

-At least 1 year of HVAC experience
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
-Must own personal HVAC tools including drills and gauges
-Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
-Bilingual - English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

-EPA certification
