Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Organize daily work schedules and delegate tasks to the maintenance team.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all CNC machines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing schematics and diagrams to identify root causes.
• Conduct hands-on repairs across various CNC equipment components, including spindles, ball screws, and electrical systems.
• Clearly communicate machine downtimes, repair requirements, and potential production delays to relevant teams.
• Operate independently or with limited oversight when addressing technical maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of multiple CNC machine brands, such as Haas, Okuma, and Mori Seiki, including vertical, horizontal, and lathe models.
• Assist with managing parts inventory and ensuring critical spares are readily available.
• Promote and uphold a safe, clean, and organized working environment, including general facility maintenance.
• Handle other maintenance-related duties as assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications & Background

• Proven hands-on experience with CNC machinery in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance or technical capacity.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing systems that involve hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
• Comfortable working on both vertical and horizontal CNC machines, with familiarity in Fanuc control systems.
• Understanding of various voltage systems, including single- and three-phase (110V, 220V, 480V), is preferred.
• Knowledge and adherence to safety standards and lock-out/tag-out procedures are essential.
• Competence with basic computer operations and measurement tools.
• Strong English literacy and communication skills, with the ability to follow written instructions and perform basic calculations.
