Job Description

MAU is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for our client Vibrantz in New Castle, DE. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate plant maintenance operations to ensure equipment, buildings, and facilities run safely and efficiently. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance supervision in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and maintenance best practices
• Experience managing maintenance budgets

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MSHA certification

General Requirements:

• Proficiency in developing and implementing maintenance strategies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production and maintenance teams

Essential Functions:

• Supervise hourly maintenance staff, including electricians, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
• Develop and implement planned and preventive maintenance strategies for plant equipment and facilities
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies; conduct inspections and address potential hazards
• Collaborate with production to drive continuous improvement and implement process optimizations
