About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic communicator and skilled event planner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Manager - Internal Communications & Events is responsible for driving engaging communication strategies and delivering exceptional events that connect and inspire our audiences. This individual will act as an internal marketer, storyteller and project manager-bringing our values to life through messages and experiences.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead strategic internal communications plans to support specific company initiatives, cultural priorities and leadership messaging.
  • Develop and distribute compelling content through various channels like emails, intranet articles, digital signage and meetings.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events-from annual conferences to employee engagement activities-ensuring on-brand, on-budget execution.
  • Manage logistics, content, speakers and run-of-show for recurring Town Halls.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define goals and deliver relevant, timely, and high-impact communications and events.
  • Create and manage timelines, budgets, vendor contracts and creative assets for events.
  • Maintain the master event calendar and communications planning roadmap for all company events and conferences.
  • Analyze communication and event effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and metrics.
  • Travel up to 15% for events and site visits.
About the Pay:
  • Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, events, marketing or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, hospitality or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of disciplines and subsequently develop clear communications with minimal guidance
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and influence cross-functionally and vertically throughout the organization
  • Confident presenting ideas and feedback at all levels; team leadership experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana) preferred
  • Experience with digital communication platforms like intranet and email design systems
