Job Title: Mold Maker
Job Description
Join our innovative R&D department as a Mold Maker, where you will support the design and development of new molds for manufacturing fireplace products. This position involves building, repairing, and cleaning molds, with a significant amount of woodworking. You will utilize a table saw and hand tools to trim component parts, sand and scrape parts for finishing, and pour rubber into molds.

Work Environment
Work within a small R&D team of 3-4 members where collaboration is key. Expect to get dirty, as you will work around mud, rubber, and sawdust. While sleeves, gloves, and aprons are optional, they are available for your convenience. The shop can be quite hot and humid, with temperatures reaching up to 105 degrees in the summer and maintaining around 70 degrees in the winter.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.50/hr.
