Private Duty Nurse, LVN - Pediatrics at At Home Healthcare summary:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Pediatrics provides compassionate, high-quality medical care to children in a home healthcare setting. Working closely with Registered Nurses and care teams, the LVN delivers patient-specific care plans, documents treatments in electronic medical records, and supports patient health goals. This role requires independent decision-making, collaboration, and a strong commitment to improving pediatric patient outcomes through in-home care.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse works to ensure high-quality medical care and support for children with different healthcare needs. Our Licensed Vocational Nurse approaches each day with a passionate pursuit of caring for patients by working one-on-one with them and helping them to achieve their health goals.

As the Licensed Nurse, you will:

• Work in collaboration with the RN to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
• Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients
• Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
• Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork

Experience to Deliver on our Mission:

• Current Vocational/Practical Nurse License, valid state driver’s license and auto liability insurance
• One year experience as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse in a clinical care setting required. Home health experience preferred
