Develop strategies to capture and dominate accounts. Prospect daily for new accounts and opportunities. Qualify opportunities and aggressively network with decision makers to turn prospects into long‑term partners. Relentlessly grow market share by leveraging MFP’s engineering and manufacturing horsepower to win against competitors. Identify opportunities and utilize internal resources to execute. Become proficient in current product to determine the right solution for a customer application. Utilize CRM to maintain an updated sales funnel and manage the accuracy of that information continuously. Mechanical aptitude and a relentless drive to succeed. Growth mindset committed to personal and professional development. A winning attitude to exceed goals and thrive in competition. Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills. Valid driver’s license with safe reliable transportation along with a satisfactory driving record (MVR).
