Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Developer to work on a Credit Card Chip Device Implementation project. The successful candidate will be involved in the integration of credit card authorization, order management processes, and vendor APIs within the SAP environment. The project is set for completion by the end of May with a planned rollout in July. This role will require deep knowledge of SAP SD, handling high volumes of order processing, and integrating with external systems like PayMagic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Card Authorization Integration: Work on integrating credit card chip devices with SAP for secure and efficient order processing.
2. SAP SD and Order Management: Handle order management workflows, including integration with SAP SD for seamless order processing and fulfillment.
3. Vendor Integration: Collaborate with vendors to integrate REST APIs for payment authorization and other related services (e.g., PayMagic).
4. Volume Handling: Provide solutions for processing large volumes of orders in SAP, ensuring efficient, high-performance order management.
5. Coding Techniques: Implement coding strategies to handle volume-related challenges in order processing.
6. System Integration: Work with multiple tools and systems, including a .NET web portal on top of SAP, to facilitate order entry and processing in the backend.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively within the project team, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless integration and project success.

Required Qualifications:

1. Strong experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and Order Management.
2. Proven ability to work with credit card authorization systems and REST APIs for vendor integrations.
3. Experience in handling high volumes of orders and ensuring scalable and efficient order processing techniques.
4. Hands-on experience working with a .NET web portal integrated with SAP for order entry.
5. Strong communication skills to work within a team and coordinate with external stakeholders (e.g., vendors like PayMagic).
6. Ability to manage integration complexities and work in a multifaceted development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with SAP integration tools and experience in integrating third-party services.
2. Experience in handling and optimizing large-scale order processing systems in SAP.
3. Experience with other SAP modules like SAP CRM or SAP MM could be beneficial.
4. Knowledge of payment gateway systems and their integration into SAP.
5. Experience working in an Agile project environment.

Certifications (if any):

SAP SD certification is preferred.

Any relevant certifications in API integrations or payment systems would be a plus.
