A Day in the Life We are seeking an exceptional transactional attorney with digital health technology experience to join our growing Medtronic US Commercial Legal Team. The team consists of seasoned legal professionals who work closely with the Medtronic Global Commercial Office and Medtronic Operating Units, including sales pricing and contract analysts, customer account managers, senior commercial leaders, and other functional experts to support commercial transactions for all of Medtronics medical technology products, services and solutions offered and sold in the United States. This new role will lead critical and novel contracting strategies across Medtronics Cardiovascular, Neuroscience and Medical Surgical Portfolios to support commercialization of cutting-edge digital health solutions, complex surgical robotic platforms, smart medical devices, remote service systems and other data-enabled healthcare technology and service solutions for Medtronics diverse base of customers and strategic partners. This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive, decisive, creative, and compliant solutions-oriented mindset to shape Medtronics commercial success in the dynamic digital health technology landscape. Were working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This onsite position will reside in one of our Medtronic office locations (Minneapolis, MN, Lafayette, CO, Jacksonville, FL, Boston, MA, Irvine, CA, Memphis, TN or Washington D.C.).Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
