Key job responsibilities

• In collaboration with Research Science teams, drive end-to-end product vision and strategy for AI-powered recruitment solutions that serve millions of candidates and thousands of recruiters worldwide.

• Pioneer revolutionary interview technologies utilizing GenAI, advanced transcription analytics, and predictive quality-of-hire frameworks

• Partner with Research Scientists and Data Scientists to develop and implement ML models that enhance candidate evaluation accuracy and efficiency.

• Architect scalable, data-driven solutions that transform traditional hiring practices into intelligent, automated workflows

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative features that significantly improve both candidate experience and recruiter productivity

• Define and execute experimentation strategies to continuously optimize hiring processes and outcomes

• Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and compelling product narratives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
