Sr. Sales Representative - Cosmetic Chemical Supplier (AR-35472) Base salary range: $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. Annual bonus potential. Full‑time, exempt, direct‑hire position with a benefits package. Hybrid role – up to 6 days per month may work from home. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs. Plan and design promotional materials to enhance brand presence and boost sales. Develop pricing strategies and assist in new product planning. Generate new business opportunities through research, outreach, and client engagement. Create and deliver presentations on company products and services to potential and current clients. Research and analyze market and client data to inform sales/marketing strategy. Organize meetings with clients, coordinating with internal sales and technical support teams. Plan and participate in trade shows and industry events, including booth setup and customer engagement. Maintain industry knowledge through professional development and networking. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Background in chemistry or chemicals industry is a plus but not required. 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the chemical or cosmetics industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. First‑language proficiency in English required. Japanese language proficiency appreciated but not required. Ability to research, present, and negotiate effectively. Good understanding of sales and marketing processes and market trend analysis. Ability to maintain product knowledge and translate technical details into client value. Familiarity with competitor analysis and supplier relations is a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Company vehicle is typically provided, but personal vehicle use may occasionally be necessary. Domestic travel within the U.S. required several times per year. Little to no overtime expected. Physical requirements: Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs. Visual requirements include close vision, color distinction, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
