Our FitMumma Pregnancy classes enhance health and wellbeing in pregnancy and assist birth preparation and postnatal recovery. Women can start from 12 weeks (earlier in special circumstances with medical clearance) and attend until birth.
Our FitMumma Postnatal classes support recovery following pregnancy and birth. Our classes are baby friendly and set the foundation for a return to activities, gym and other exercise classes, running and sport.
Our Well Woman Pilates + Yoga classes are designed for women of all ages and stages who are wanting to support and improve wellbeing, physical and mental health. They are suitable for pregnant and postnatal women.
Nurtured Birth™ Active Birth Preparation
We offer regular Birth Preparation Workshops and support you during pregnancy to prepare for birth and postnatal recovery.
