Job Description

About the Job This is a 6-month contract role supporting the end-to-end execution of the Achievers 2025 campaign. You will be responsible for managing multiple project workstreams, including campaign planning and operations, stakeholder communication, vendor management, campaign creatives, customer journeys, data tracking, and post-campaign reporting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple campaign workstreams to ensure a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by tracking timelines and securing required approvals Drive engagement and track sales return on investment (ROI) Ensure compliance with procurement, legal, and risk management policies Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables Lead discussions and ensure alignment across multiple departments and stakeholders Provide regular updates and escalate issues early to avoid project delays Handle procurement processes, including invoice submissions Respond to ongoing campaign-related queries and operational issues Manage campaign closure and prepare post-campaign analysis reports Job Requirements Diploma or Degree with at least 3 years of experience in: Portfolio management, Business development, Integrated or digital marketing Preferably with experience in the financial services industry Strong business acumen and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities Able to work across multiple teams and handle multiple projects Results-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented High integrity, accountable, and a strong team player Adaptable and open to change #J-18808-Ljbffr LINKTRIX SERVICES PTE.
