Your focus will be on:

•Working efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines as well as balancing multiple projects to provide deliverables to internal and external clients from inception to completion.

•Management and coordination of numerous survey projects, simultaneously, and interaction with clients on a regular basis.

•Providing technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and quality control for survey projects.

•Knowledge of survey field measurement strategies

To be considered for this position you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

•Professional licensure in the state of Minnesota.

•Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Survey Technology or related field.

•5+ years of progressive survey experience in the field and office environment.

•Ability to instruct/coach survey staff and crew members on project approach and execution.

•Knowledge of Public Land Survey System principles, section subdivision, Platting, easement deliverables.
