Whether youre new to the industry or looking to take your sales career to the next level, we provide full training, coaching, and licensing support to set you up for long-term success. What Youll Do As a Mortgage Loan Originator in our Consumer Direct team, you will: Engage with inbound & outbound leads and prospective clients to understand their home financing goals. Educate borrowers on mortgage products, programs, and competitive rate options. Guide clients through the loan application process with professionalism and care. Build and maintain a pipeline of loans from application through closing. Deliver an outstanding client experience that earns trust, referrals, and repeat business. What We Offer Complete Training & Development No experience?
