About Us:
Bluerun Indoor Ski & Snowboard Center is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to year-round ski and snowboard training. Utilizing advanced SkyTechSport simulators, we offer a unique environment for athletes to train, rehabilitate, and enhance performance regardless of the season.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and lead a specialized rehabilitation and performance program. This role involves integrating physical therapy practices with our ski and snowboard simulators to aid in injury recovery, prevention, and athletic performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs using our ski and snowboard simulators.
• Collaborate with coaches and trainers to create comprehensive training plans.
• Educate clients on injury prevention and performance optimization techniques.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting programs as necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest research in sports rehabilitation and apply best practices.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Experience in sports rehabilitation, preferably with winter sports athletes.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics and movement analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in sports physical therapy (SCS) or related specialty.
• Familiarity with ski and snowboard training techniques.
• Experience with performance assessment tools and technologies.
