This internship is specifically designed for individuals working towards a PhD who are developing proficiency in their field. This is a 12-week paid internship, designed to provide you with a solid foundation for future career growth. The internship will take place from May (potentially early June) to August of 2026. The Opportunity:
P&G has an opportunity for a PhD intern to work on our corporate function R&D team to leverage advanced AI technologies to enhance research and development processes, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally and possess excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI agents using LLMs to automate complex tasks and generate creative solutions.
Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate AI technologies into existing workflows.
Deploy deep learning inference models on Python servers via FastAPI.
Facilitate scalable and efficient processing of datasets through AI agent interactions.
Provide insights and support decision-making processes using AI-driven analytics.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Education: Working towards a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Additionally required is a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Experience in developing and deploying AI models or deep learning, machine learning, and applications.
Proficiency in Python.
TensorFlow and/or PyTorch experience.
Available to work a 12-week internship from May/early June to August in the summer of 2026. The internship is 5 days per week (M-F) in office at our Mason, OH location.
Preferred Qualifications:
Langchain or Langraph application experience.
Proficiency in FastAPI.
Familiarity with docker container environments.
