As a Self-Publishing Assistant, you won’t be responsible for writing books from scratch. Instead, you’ll follow a structured process to research book topics, guide content creation with AI tools like ChatGPT, format manuscripts using Kindle-specific layouts, and publish them through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). Once live, your books remain active and continue earning monthly royalties indefinitely.

You’ll manage each book project through five distinct phases, using included resources and guided workflows.
Select nonfiction topics with commercial demand based on built-in research tools
Use Amazon Best Seller Rank (BSR) analysis to evaluate competition
Choose high-potential book ideas from a provided topic database or validate new concepts using proprietary criteria
Record selections in your project log to monitor performance trends
All niche selection is based on reader data, not creative brainstorming.
Use prompt templates with ChatGPT or a similar AI tool to generate your book draft
Apply fill-in-the-blank chapter outlines to maintain structure and flow
Organize content into 3,000–7,000 word manuscripts, depending on topic
Edit AI-generated output using included readability and clarity checklists
Eliminate duplicate, unclear, or off-topic content using guided review processes
The entire content creation system is plug-and-play and optimized for efficiency.
Format manuscripts using Kindle Riches-approved document layouts
Apply standard spacing, header structure, and chapter breaks
Insert legal pages, tables of contents, and author blurbs using included modules
Prepare manuscripts for upload using formatting checklists and export instructions
No design or layout experience is necessary. Templates are built for easy adoption.
Write keyword-optimized titles, subtitles, and book descriptions using conversion-tested formulas
Select backend keywords and Amazon categories based on the book’s niche
Design your cover using Canva and ready-made templates
Assemble your files and metadata using a packaging checklist to ensure nothing is missed
The goal is to maximize visibility and discoverability inside Amazon’s ecosystem.
Upload final files to Amazon KDP
Use the previewer to validate formatting and content accuracy
Complete the upload sequence with confidence using field-by-field instructions
Execute a simple launch strategy with a prewritten press release
Monitor royalty performance and scale up by repeating the system
