Rota Nanny Position - 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off


A vibrant young professional couple is seeking an experienced, professional Rota Nanny to join their household team. This role follows a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule and requires a candidate who is energetic, discreet, and highly organized.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full childcare for a 10-month-old infant during on-duty rotations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities supporting early development, including sensory play, reading, outdoor walks, and learning activities.
• Manage daily routines such as feeding, bottles, naps, baths, bedtime, and general structure throughout the day.
• Travel with the family as needed, maintaining consistency and comfort for the child.
• Handle child-related organization including clothing, toys, supplies, and packing for trips.
• Communicate clearly with parents and other household staff to ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment in all child-related areas.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience caring for infants in a private household.
• Ability to work a 24/7 schedule during on-duty weeks .
• Warm, patient, proactive, and knowledgeable about infant development and routines.
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a rota structure.

Schedule & Compensation:

• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota schedule.
